Eden has a variety of sports facilities to offer. Enjoy a leisurely swim in one of the local swimming pools. Or have a round of golf on one of the local golf courses. You can even try your hand at a game of tennis or bowls.

Why not join a local run?  Penrith Parkrun takes place every Saturday at Frenchfield Sports Centre, Penrith.  

Appleby and Penrith both have Leisure Centres which offer gyms, swimming pools and other sporting facilities. 

Frenchfields Sports Centre in Penrith provides a range of sporting facilities to be rented out for your enjoyment. Frenchfield provides seven full size football pitches, two mini football pitches and one rugby pitch. 

There are a range of activities, clubs and classes held at Penrith and Appleby Leisure Centre's.  Keep an eye on their websites for up to date events.
