Ramblers Wellbeing Walks in Cumbria are co-ordinated by Active Cumbria and supported by Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council.

Description
Part of the wider Ramblers national programme the charity is dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy walking. Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are short group walks which make it easier to start walking and stay active.
As a guide, walks take place:
Fortnightly Mondays - (Appleby) starting January 13th, 1.30pm, Fortnightly Fridays (TSowerby)
starting January 3rd, 1.30pm. Eden ICC Wellbeing Walks - Appleby (CA16 6QR) and Temple Sowerby (CA10 1RW).
1st and 3rd Wednesday of month - Wellbeing Walk and Talk - High Hesket (CA4 0HS).
Every Thursday - Culgaith Walk and Talk, 1pm.
Fortnightly Thursdays - Kirkby Stephen Stroll, 1.30pm.
Third Thursday of the month 12noon - Appleby Community Drop-in (CA16 6QP).
Every Friday - Pategill Walk, Penrith (CA11 8HX), 1.15pm.
Every Friday - Penrith Wellbeing Walk, (CA11 7YA), 11.30am
Fortnightly on Fridays, 1.30pm - Shap Village Stroll (CA10 3NL).
